This was the BEST pancake recipe I have ever used.Plus it was the best pancake I have ever tasted,my husband LOVED them he ate a whole stack{which he never does}It made a ton of pancakes more then enough to freeze!!!!!Next time I will size down the recipe.Wonderful THANK YOU

Excellent recipe. I modified it a bit though by cutting all dry ingredients in half, adding 500ml buttermilk and 2 large eggs. A light fluffy pancake resulted and we had enough left over to freeze for “quick” breakfasts.
