This is a very good recipe. I save some of the green peppers and add them in later to have some color. Cooks up quickly, I’ve tried it without browning the meat and I didn’t see a difference. Great over egg noodles.

Wonderful flavor. I didn’t have any pepper steak, but had beef sirloin tips and used those instead and it wasn’t quite as tender, but the flavor was excellent and very simple. I will try again with pepper steak.
