I didn’t think I liked apple fritters, but turns out I just don’t like chunks of almost raw apple, surrounded by a doughnut. Maybe I’ve just been going to the wrong shops, but I’ve never enjoyed the texture, and always wanted to try them with cooked apples.

Yummy goodness!! Usually I don’t change the recipe the first time I make it, but we were missing a few ingredients so I improvised . Used peaches and Ginger ale instead of apple cider because we didn’t have apple cider or apples. Next time I would double the spices but we all loved the recipe! Thank you
