3- Smelly farts
In some cases, Smelly Gas (Farts) can be a clear sign of the cancer although smelly gas can happen due to many other reasons but a person may primarily have excessive smelly gas because of the presence of cancer of the colon. This is because the cancerous tumors (or the Polyps) form blockages that cause the gas to stack up in the intestine. One early warning sign / symptom of the colon cancer is that the foul-smelling gas doesn’t disappear even when changing the diet or medication.
