The metallic taste in your mouth is cause by the wastes that build up in your blood which also changes the taste of food in your mouth. Having Bad Breath is also another sign of kidney failure, it is a result of having too many toxins and contamination in the bloodstream which is called Uremia. , you may stop wanting meat and lose your appetite in general, which can lead to unhealthy weight loss.
